FREE Virtual Health History Session
This is designed for those who are not existing clients but are interested in finding out more about what health coaching is and its benefits. During the complimentary session, I have the opportunity to listen to your health and wellness challenges and goals and you have a chance to get to know more about me and my approach. In doing so, we can determine if we are a good fit and should move forward in our health coaching relationship.

Gold Program ~ Twelve Private Sessions/Six Months
This Program is conducted over a 6-month period and consists of 12 bi-weekly sessions that last 50 minutes each. This program is highly recommended for initial clients and is the most popular because it allows for enough sessions and time to truly transform and grasp the skills, knowledge and mindset needed for optimal success.
Throughout this program I partner with you to develop authentic goals and help you to take actionable steps to achieve them. In the process you will discover how to overcome obstacles through renewed self-awareness so you can move forward much more quickly than you would on your own.
You will have access to the Practice Better food and mood journals where you can conveniently upload photos of meals, track your daily water intake, and access a database of over 600,000 foods to easily track and log what you've eaten.
I provide several modules of invaluable resources and information that will guide you through your health journey. It includes topics such as Being a Woman Over 40, How to Start & Navigate Through Your Health Journey, Nutrition, Movement, Stress Management, Sleep Optimization, and Supplementation & Detoxification.
During this program you will find true transformation and grasp the skills, knowledge and mindset needed for optimal success.
